It helps breathe new life into areas you have already been playing for a while by opening them up to explore in new ways.

I see no value at all in going to a level 1-15 zone on a level 80 character that can one shot literally everything. Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
Agreed. I think some downleveling would be helpful for those lower zones.

For me, a casual PvE player, it's more about immersion than stats. Personally I don't want pet swapping in Beastmode. From a "realistic" fantasy point, my character ought to have to unmerge to summon a different (secondary) pet. Having said that, I fully support the lower CD for merging in/out of Beastmode. I find that to be a sensible and fair compromise.
Again, just my thoughts/opinions on the matter. And my vote, I suppose.

Who needs mounts anymore? Just [use this](https://en-forum.guildwars2.com/discussion/7497/way-point-unlock-packages "use this") to skip content.

Like how on Earth is talking to Taimi now a God damned relief??
That comment too awesome to not re-quote!

US East Coast here and everything seems to be working. Just adding in for any troubleshooting.

I had this exact same issue.

Long drawn out scenes while NPCs go on and on bout things you have seen and heard already or maybe don't even care about. It bothers me too but I don't now if it will be changed.

> As a person that does not care about the story, I just want to get to the fighting, I could do with a way to get to it quicker as well. Heck, I don't even know what the story is. Something about dragons, Logan was there at some point and a queen, killed a dragon I think, some annoying Asura kid that keeps busting into my speakers more frequently than I care for and I wish would just decide to go to college or something so they would leave me alone, vines or something like that, baby dragon, and a demon or something. I don't care. I usually try to jump around and climb on things while the NPCs are talking. I just want to go fight stuff. But hey, that's just me. ;)
I _really _enjoyed this post!

I'm surprised by how much I'm enjoying my holosmith over all of my other characters. I main ranger and do like her elites, but holo is occupying almost all of my play-time right now.

I think it is Anet's way to make it easier for new players to craft items for higher end content as they would not already have the mats or the funds to purchase them.

Hard for me to stop and gather much of anything with the high aggro and mob re-spawns on the maps. I don't stop to gather because it tends to keep me from getting across the map to my actual objectives.
-
Curious. Why should anyone care about how someone else enjoys their own content?
-
No. Not interested in the least.

I was able to move all over Dragons Stand by sneaking past most of the denizens there at a much closer proximity. No such luck in PoF.
-
I get it. We're in the desert with large/long sight lines. Still, I have to agree that the aggro and respawn rates seem excessively high.
-
Thanks for the update and the efforts. Certainly enjoying PoF _much more_ than HoT!

That would cost a good bit of money, knowing how much writers and novelists would demand. /me shrugs

The DPS meter argument thread is [over here](https://en-forum.guildwars2.com/discussion/1731/i-hate-what-dps-meters-have-done-to-pve-endgame#latest "over here")

Where is the poll option for "didn't really care one way or the other"?
No pet swapping in beast mode (still) ruins Soulbeast for me.

Absolutely. Didn't mean to infer that I was advocating against the suggestion. Would be interesting to know how it might affect balance in other modes of play.
