  1. Apparently they are working on a legendary armory that will do that, though only for legendary items. Otherwise you have to drag and drop into the bank or shared slots, then equip on the other character.
  2. I shudder to think of the guild hall system being pasted over to individual housing. It's clunky, hard to place objects, impossible to 3D rotate objects, and prevents you from putting a number of things in close proximity. ANet has received a lot of feedback in the past on what makes for good housing; it is my fervent hope they have listened and are taking this long to give it to us because they are working up from scratch. ESO housing is a shining example of how robust housing can be, how flexible, how creative. Even it has flaws, most lying in cost in gold/cash/mats being extremely high and item limits very low for the space given to fill, but GW2 guild halls are nowhere close to enough. See other player housing threads through the years (you can search these forums for them, or check in the old forum archives) for deeper discussion.
  3. I've spent a little while at the cultural vendors and at the bank wardrobe with a male charr. I can't find anything like that, though I have not examined every single light or medium helm, shoulders, or chest. It could be any of those. I looked at him in Grothmar so I could get a side view instead of the full frontal in the wiki and it really could be any. It is a wrapping of cloth or leather that comes up over the back of his neck, forms a high pectoral, and has two dangling bits to make the "scarf" effect. Sorry, you'll have to spend your own time in the Wardrobe to rule out the possibilities. It could just be an NPC look that players can't get. (I checked the medium weights too because NPC's don't follow the same rules in what their profession can wear). It could be unique to Efram since he's a major character.
