How does "public endurance bar" sound

I don't want to have to be staring at a bar the whole time during combat. Instead, the voice announcer that says ''last chance to nail down your strategy'' should also announce during the fights and snitch on anyone with low endurance or health. And then maybe he will auto-target you to that player and queue up your skill rotations for you.
