The change pretty much was just for clarity. With the clear seperation of the protection application and the other effects of the trait (shield cd reduction, protection effectiveness increase), the trait is better to grasp for new players, at least in my opinion. Cause, I play core healer engie in overworld stuff and I have that skill on by default and I was like looking back and forth from the old version to the new version and I was like "...Nothing changed, what the heck?"
