I had really nice duel with tempest roamer with really nice deeps sustain and awesome cc strips but he left quite fast and i didnt get chance to ask for build. Any of u who main eles (not my main) care to share build ?

Was he overloading air frequently? Was he applying alot of weakness? Was heal did he use?

Both options i would use. That or antitoxin runes. The boon steal is from sigil
