bind item to a key

is there anyway to bind candy gobbler to a key so i dont have to open up my inventory every 5s to use it?

Not that I'm aware of but you can make a macro to use its function to prevent button spamming.

Do NOT use a macro until you have heavily researched if it is one of the few allowed. Hint: Does it play a musical instrument? Ok. Does it do anything else that converts one key press into multiple game commands? To the best of my knowledge, not OK.
