Hesione.9412 Posted December 10, 2020 Share Posted December 10, 2020 I have been unable to get my charged quartz to convert to this item. I took a screenshot so you can see what I mean. You can see the charged quartz in my inventory, as well as the lack of the item (bottom row of collection, third from left). As you can also see, the only option I get from the HP is to charge 25 quartz crystals. The option to create the strangely overcharged quartz is missing. I had them in my inventory for the Sparkfly Fen one, with no problems and had _assumed_ (more fool me) that this collection was okay with the others there.
