I dislike all the spacing and want a compact version where I can ignore all the bling and just have the threads. All the large fonts and extra spacing makes it much harder to read and involves scrolling thousands of times to view the same level of content. Yeah, it is a tad weird. I think the issue with it is that it's a little hard to tell sometimes where one post begins and one ends since the lines look exactly the same on both sides.
