Do mount skin licences rotate around?

According to the wiki the Mistborn Mount Adoption License hasn't returned for a year, and I really want to pick up the Speckled Shortfang because it kind of looks like toothless and I just got my skyscale :smile: do you guys think this will ever come back?

Yes they do rotate around, but within no particular time frame or pattern

Artificial scarcity. It's a marketing tactic to propel consumers to purchase items when they become available on the chance that they won't be available again or won't be available for a long time.

The Wiki information is incomplete, the gem store history box is only showing the date they were first released. According to [Astral Projection's gem store info thread](https://en-forum.guildwars2.com/discussion/comment/1369637#Comment_1369637) they were removed on the 12th November 2020.

 

Mount licences do rotate so they will be back at some point, but it's difficult to say when that will be because there's no fixed schedule. Since it was less than 2 months ago they were removed I think it will probably be a while before they're back. Looking at previous mount licences which have a longer gem store history my guess is the earliest it'll happen is March or April when they usually do a big swap round of what's available on the gem store.
