Debateable, besides its pointless to talk about vigor uptime while also conveniently ignoring all flat endurance regen that DD has access to lol that's the definition of cherrypicking data in order to try to make thieves seem in a worse place compared to mesmers. This is all beside the point though, because I still am dying to know where the permanent vigor uptime that @"Razor.6392" claimed was in the mirage trailine is hiding.
