To even the playing field you now have to increase the negative condition duration of melandru runes and other runes that also benefit from negative condition duration. So the amount the effect has has always been depending on the length of the duration of the condition someone puts on you. The -25% is still -25% so nothing is nerfed. They wanted conditions to last longer and it is buffed. The counter is still as effective as before and has been unchanged. To translate it to real life. Khisanth.2948 Posted January 21, 2018 Share Posted January 21, 2018 That is not how percentages work. In most cases there were no changes to the total damage done by the skills that were changed. They last longer but fewer stacks are applied. The rune still functions as 25% reduced condi damage assuming the attacker didn't overcap their duration.
