Well, if they're accomplishing something without using skills, then yes, that would be the case.

Confusion is now similar to a daze. It's not something you can kill someone with by itself, but it is very powerful when used correctly.

I think that is the basic concept for AFK farming. People wouldent do it if it didn't accomplish something. :/
