artemis.6781 Posted February 9, 2018 Share Posted February 9, 2018 It's always up unless someone pulled it, afaik. Someone may have pulled it not knowing how difficult it would be. They may have pulled it off curiosity or by accident. It should reappear after about 15mins. From my experience, this is about the length of time for bounties to respawn on the board.
