If so check what it is and re enter both password and login email, you might have added a space or . or something similar at the end of email address. Healix.5819 Posted March 7, 2018 Share Posted March 7, 2018 If you can't login through account.guildwars2.com, chances are your email was also compromised, especially if you were using the default email authentication. Ensure that your computer and email isn't compromised and that no automatic forwarding or recovery options have been set up (or just create a new email). Contact support. If you can login through account.guildwars2.com, there's a problem where Local.dat can become corrupted, making the password invalid. Delete %appdata%/Guild Wars 2/Local.dat, and if it exists, Documents/Guild Wars 2/Local.dat. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Please check your information and try again." When I try to recover my password I get "An e-mail has been sent to ***@*** with instructions on how to finish resetting your password."
