Zenith.7301 Posted September 23, 2017 Share Posted September 23, 2017 It certainly has felt weak as fuck compared to the numbers my condi revenant was putting out 12 stacks of confusion ticking for 1300 ticks, 16 torment for ~2k at best. It might just be because people don't realize just how bad mirage condi application is to begin with. Outside bleeding with phantasmal duelist, you're not getting other stacks of conditions consistently above 16 stacks. And just as why condi necro sucks, mesmer also sucks because the one condition worth a damn is burning, and both necro and mesmer have marginal access to burning. Condi rev feels less miserable because they get 30% condi damage increase from traitline, a 7% modifier from invocation, another one from mallyx, and torment deals extra damage for revenant.
