Signet and precision

I every time I use signet of agility it seems to lower my crit but it meant to increase my precision which increases my crit is this a bug or something? that it lowers it?

The passive is what increases your Precision, which increases your crit chance. Activating it loses the passive bonus while it is in cooldown

Signet skills are different from all other skill. They have an effect just from having them slotted in. Usually their passive effect is loss when you active them until they are recharged but there are exceptions such as the elementalist trait and the necromancer trait.
