Even disregarding your points about teleporting through walls and everyone with a brain responding that obviously steal is worse, you didn't even read the tooltip. The next TWO attacks from the rev are unblockable and they deal 10% more damage. Oh wow! What's that, you can also dodge those two attacks? Oh WOW! If you have problems against Phase Traversal, how you didn't notice that there's FIVE classes in the game (none of them is a Rev)with access to stealth, which can burst out of nowhere?
