Haseo.3901 Posted June 24, 2018 Share Posted June 24, 2018 Hi guys, I make this topic because I would like to share with the Guild Wars 2 community, especially the english speaking one, a French Webserie about MMORPGs. This webserie named "NOOB" is very popular among French MMORPG players. They've been making episodes for years now and season 9 is slowly reaching its final episode. The story takes place in a MMORPG named "Horizon", at the beginning, there are two factions, the Empire and the Coalition. A female player, Gaea, decide to create a character in this game and join the NOOB guild. Then many things will happen to her and her friends. A long journey to level 100. The first 5 seasons are subtitled in English so you'll be able to understand it =) Of course, they had a very low budget at the beginning but they really improved through the years. I watched it when it was shown on Nolife. (For the non-French in the audience, Nolife was a TV station bundled in the base offerings of all the French TV-with-your-Internet ISP services, dedicated to music videos, Japanese culture and video games. Sure it isn't gw2-related, sure we already have a french forum - but a large proportion of French-speaking mmo players already know this webserie and it is better to "expand the knowledge" and let other people enjoy this as long as there are good subtitles (and I bet they are).
