Missing basic recipes?

I was trying to craft the superior rune of mesmer when i discovered that it's not in my tailoring list, according to the wiki it gets discovered when you reach 400 in tailoring (https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Superior_Rune_of_the_Mesmer ) but i can't seem to find it i also noticed that several other items are missing.

Here's a screenshot, am i doing something wrong or missing something?

"Source: Discovery" vs "Source: Automatic"

 

It is discoverable at 400 but it is not automatic.

oh, i see, i didn't craft on gw2 in such a long time i assumed i would auto learn it, my bad, useless topic

Nah, when it says discoverable it means you have to mix the ingredients in the "discovery panel" the top thing with the anvil icon, to learn the recipe. Only those that say "Automatic" are learned when you level up.

 

A good example would be components for Exotic Armor:

The Armor panel and Linning are both Automatic, so you learn them as you level;

The Exotic Insignia recipes need to be purchased from a vendor;

The Armor Piece Recipe is learned by dropping a panel, a Linning and a Insignia in the Discovery panel. Most Runes and Sigils (i can't think of any exceptions, actually) are either discovered, or you have to obtain the recipe through purchase or loot.
