upgrading triumphant hero ascended armor to legendary

I have the ascended armor ,how do you upgrade it to legendary,i know you have to put the piece of armor into the mystic forge,but what are the other 3 things do you put in to complete the change.

 

any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Grind implies a repitition done not for the act itself.

Skirmish tickets don't require much of anything but time

Along the same lines...if you made a piece of leg armor from the lower-level skins (the ones you can start getting at L1600 or so), is there any way to upgrade them later to the skins you need level 2000 for (after you reach that level, of course)? Otherwise you have what is actually a piece of legendary armor but which isn't counted as such (at least not by gw2efficiency).

You can simply use a transmutation charge for the skin on your legendary.
