Unless you are not actually concentrating on the game, or you've already exhausted all your dodge rolls, its really hard to not avoid Death's Judgement. The tell is massive, both the animation and sound effect. In that respect it is one of the easiest skills to dodge in game.

And some people wonder why nobody take pvp serious in this game anymore...a shame really, this game have one of the best combats design, to bad that the devs are so clueless and cant balance the game for shit...lol 50K gravedigger, thats like allmost 3 times a warrior HP.

It's.. really not. It normally comes with quickness, which makes it too fast to dodge depending on your latency and the distance the projectile has to travel.

 

DJ w/ quickness: 375ms

plus projectile travel time, but this is negligible if the deadeye is close

 

vs

 

Average Human Reaction time: 250ms (test it yourself https://www.humanbenchmark.com/tests/reactiontime/)

plus Average Latency: 100ms (I'm West Coast NA and that's what I get with good internet)

 

That gives a margin for error of ~25ms. That is near-impossible. With worse latency or reflexes, it is actually impossible.
