Best Class for WVW utility/buffs/heals

Hi everyone. I’m looking to return back to GW2 and was wondering what a good class is for WVW that revolves more around utility, buffs or heals. I had a Healing Tempest earlier in the year, but it seems as though all forms of Elementalist are bad now... What would be a good class to pick up that would be beneficial to WvW raids?

if you own PoF you could try Support Firebrand the new guardian elite with books and mantras

Minstrel FB or Support Chrono fit that description perfectly. You should'nt have an issue getting a group/squad with either of those.

Don't forget blood magic transfusion scourge, it's probably the only class that can output quite bit damage while provide healing/barrier at the same time.
