I was wondering if it was possible to restore multiple characters 2 an account

Probably, although there might be issues in certain cases. There's probably a debate about whether it's better to put in one ticket per character versus one big ticket for all of them, but it is *essential* that you provide, as accurately as possible, as much of the following as you can for each character:

* Name. Include all accents and the like, and be very careful about spelling.

* Race

* Sex

* Class/Profession

* Level

* (As close as possible) when you deleted the character.

 

I don't know how they handle the case of you not having enough character slots, and you may get some push-back from CS if you have a *lot* of deleted characters. (No, the definition of "a lot" is not objective. Two or three is probably OK, while ten or twelve is probably not.)

You _must_ have empty character slots for each of the character(s). The character's name _must_ be available; if someone else has used the name, it is not possible.
