I don't know if it's just because I die so damn much or what but when I revive, the boss is already there and as soon as my invulnerability wears off, bam, dead. I don't like being naked! If you're talking about the boss then that's just what enemies do, they stay where they were waiting to fight. Also the way you mentioned invulnerability wearing off makes me think you're using revive orbs. If you're in an instance why not use the "retry from checkpoint" option instead?
