It do not, they said 4 a day( as in real life day if not they would have said 4 every 2 hours or tyria days) so it would take 3 full days instead of 4. The daily requirement was changed to two hours only for the reset _between_ collections, not for any daily requirement _in_ the collections. It does seem a bit weird to me, though, to remove most of the waiting, and then keep a big wait right in the middle. It makes the waiting during the feeding really stand out. Instead of making it where you can feed the Skyscale four times a day instead of three times a day, a more consistent change might have been to make it where you can feed the Skyscale every two hours, but only once at a time (working out to spending roughly 24 hours on the step, which is a nice number).
