Winners of competitions don’t need to be announced if they don’t want. They are entitled to anonymity, and Anet has to legally respect that. If they wanted to be known, you’d have seen a post from the winners.

Winners of the Roller Beetle Racing Sweepstakes contest from Nov 2018 to Dec 2018 were notified by email in Jan 2019. I can't find who won the car but several people posted about winning mouse pads. There's usually an address you can write to for requesting a list of winners.
