Guessing scourge nerf of cast times on shroud skills

people seem to forget about the 2 dodges every class gets and about blocks and mobility. Don't stand in the red circles which you can dodge out of or just mitigate with blocks and the like and don't be near the scourge, then just do ranged damage or stun & burst them down after they lost all their LF/cds... Pretty much every class can win a ranged fight with a scourge.

no necro build is op anymore, no more nerfs are needed after the "fixes".

I haven't played sPvP and WvW much lately, I used to a LOT, but lately I'm more focusing on raids, t4 fractals (CM), etc. I can understand that nerfs are incoming for WvW and sPvP (mostly from what I've read on these forums, etc.), but please ANet, PLEASE split for PvE .... Necros (Reapers _and_ Scourges) are atm in a bad place in high-end PvE ... And I'm here talking about speedclears, full runs, etc. We're not asked for in LFG and sometimes even kicked on the spot, _just because_ we are Necro (Reaper or Scourge)! Please fix us there! Btw, if you don't believe me, here is proof:

https://qtfy.eu/guildwars/benchmarks-11-07-17/

https://snowcrows.com/builds/#tab3

http://discretize.eu/#classes

Just browse through their sites and see in what a 'beautiful' state we are right now ... (warning: if you can't find us in the benchmarks after extensive scrolling down, you might be right, it probably means we're just not even there!). These guilds actually test and do benchmarks instead of posting their forum stories like some here above me, telling us how they're gut feeling tells them that we are in a good place right now, (even in PvE). Please ANet, look at _real_ [statistics](https://gw2raidar.com/global_stats/4) and remember: you __can__ split !!!
