Unfortunately no, the only way to do that is to take everything out of the tabs you want to 'move' and put it back in the order you want.

Don't think you can. But what I really do would like to see implemented is a "sort bank" option just like how you can do the same thing for your inventory

What sort are you talking about compact?

One plus is that a while back, if you hover the pointer above something in your inventory, it tells you have many you have in storage and in the bank. So you can more easily see if what you are depositing is something you have, or something new.

If it is something you have and you double click it in the bank tab (the inventory pane), it will deposit it with your other ones, so at least that item stays compacted.
