mallimalz.1847 Posted February 1, 2020 Share Posted February 1, 2020 I have been playing this game now since late 2012, and never had any issues whatsoever(except a hacked account once) but now everything has gone to a baby cat. I'm trying to download the game and suddenly everything goes to baby cat. My download slows down to 2003(Dialup) and then jumps up to 2020 occasionally and my FILES REMAINING: is stuck at 254.661 yet its still downloading but nothing is budging not I.E my ''FILES REMAINING'' I've scoured the internet and tried everything, but nothing seems to work. So if anyone has a surefire fix for this baby cat please share it. P.S. Arenanet if you are reading this kitten, fix this kitten right kitten now. kitten kitten kitten kitten... kitten, yes i said it... literally... kitten. Healix.5819 Posted February 1, 2020 Share Posted February 1, 2020 If "-assetsrv 54.84.216.160" didn't work, next launch with: -log -image -assetsrv 54.84.216.160 -patchconnections 1 (you can also use 52.202.5.88 instead of 54.84.216.160) If it's still stuck, let it sit for roughly 10 minutes, then exit and check Gw2.log for errors (found under %appdata%/Guild Wars 2/) and post it.
