  1. most of POF specs to me seems very random and "unfit" with few exceptions.

but i understand they get heavy inspiration from "Jedi" thematics, theres a movie with a desert scenario, and probably they took inspiration in it, light saber+desert+"forgeman'.

i hope we got more aestetichal/lore wise specs in EoD.

    > To answer @"MarshallLaw.9260" 's question, I believe it is because it is a design oversight as the Icebrood Saga is essentially on life support. It's all hands on deck for End of Dragons and as @"Tony.8659" said, the content itself is mostly filler content with a large amount of grind to hopefully stretch out the remainder of IBS until EoD is realeased or at the very least enough hype is built up for it.

this a error that Anet continue repeating, rushed content is bad for the game. LS4 ep03 for example damaged heavily the LS4 reputation.

    thanks so much Sir.

  4. underwater content is one of these forum bubble ideas, in theory they seems 'funny' but in practice it would be little played. in the end the combat from all angles (from below and from above) ends up retaining a lot of spam from players' attention. 90% of underwater combat i spent more time figuring out where atacks come from.

Instead of focus on underwater, i suggest improvment of ships use, and battle. when board on ship a player can option to control the cannons or the drive, os just be a soldier,, it would be like a "mobile wvw tower". a invader crew should conquer the ship by winning over the ship crew and controlling the "ship siege", this would be incredible fun and addictive. Also make vessels type, a big battleship(like a wvw keep equivalent), and submarines.

they devs have the tech to do it, we have airship in Dragon Fall, and other mobile objets being used in other maps.

  5. The best "farming map" so far, very engaging meta development. Once i get used to map events, i get really addicted.

And the landscapes then, I was always obstinate by "cold forest" style landscape, we needed a breath of so much desert.

Even Dragonfall, in the background they use so much textures of silverwastes, that in the end it ends up being a mixture of silverwastes and heart of magumma (hot maps) assets. Worst of all: the base of operations at the beginning of the map, recalls the base of silverwastes with Airships and Pact soldiers.

Some argue that north meta was "lazy", but i guess not, its fit perfectly, if it was just a copy of south the players will be burned out of 2hrs doing same thing.

Most of those can easily be done on days when their the daily as you can bypass the entire thing with mesmer portals.

i have no much free time on hands, hard stuff are reserved to sundays.

    > If you have a lot of Alts, do a Dry Top map completion with them, this will yield you a 100 geodes per character. Completion is pretty fast, since no Hearts. I had a hard time getting those Unidentified Fossilized Insect to drop from the Buried Locked chests, but in the end got them all. If you like WvW you will have a much easier time getting them since they are a reward in the end chest of the WvW track for Dry Top (Maguuma Jungle or something).

Love the unique names too, one of the best collections in my book. It's just that opening 30 Buried Locked Chests and getting zero Unidentified Fossilized Inects sometimes got to me. :) And geodes are pretty hard to come by (as opposed to for instance Bandit Crests). You will live for a while in Dry Top if only for the Geodes (recipes).

thanks, nice adivice the reward track, i had forgot it......, i really do lots of wvw.

  8. im completing old achievments left behind

i need completing these jumping puzzles, but i would like start from easier ones.

i will be grateful if anyone make a "rank" with this list, or more simple: divide them in "tiers" of dificult.

i really have no clue which ones are "harder", i had seem people on LA talking about this "trolls revenge" like if is was a hell.

    -Behem Gauntlet

    -Chaos Crystal Cavern

    -Craze's Folly

    -Emerald Sanctum

    -Goemm's Lab

    -Grendich Gamble

    -Hidden Garden

    -King Jalis's Refuge

    -Loreclaw Expanse

    -Only Zuhl

    -Professor Portmatt's Lab

    -Sapphire Sanctum

    -Scavenger's Chasm

    -Spelunker's Delve

    -Troll's Revenge

    -Under New Management

  9. Im doing a lots of old achievments, and theres maaany books, but all they are just inventory clutter. i like read this stuff, but i dont want occuppy 50 inventory slots to "save" them all.

Pls put a bookshelf anywhere its doesnt matter(home instances, or one of these "lair" like sun refuge or Eye of the North), and stop doing "lazy work", and when we get a new book, its just unluck a book to click on the bookshelf.

the wiki list 317 book objects, i didnt know how many of them are a "inventory item".

    > Well after seeing the feedback on this forum, reddit and in-game, you are very much in the minority. FORTUNATELY. There is absolutely no place for the story in DRM and it's always the same thing over and over.

I was never the "too much critical" type(normally i have low expectations), and I completely agree.

  11. The "Tapioca" in HoT(i guess in verdant brink) is from my country Brazil, the portuguese on colonial era(around 1600's) bring it to far east asia, and become popular theres too. So whats is called as tapioca in Brazil is know by the same name on Asia. In Brazil the invention of tapioca is credited to native indians. But in Asia, that recipe evolve to "bubble tea". well its a long history and im lazy to continue.
