Nerf concentration stat and superspeed, thanks, right now it doesn't even feel like a multiplayer game as everyone has definite roles with no overlap or coordination. I don't know what to say to this. The multiplayer game doesn't feel like a multiplayer game? To you maybe. Running sub 25 plenty of classes have overlap and coordinate boons and skills. I don't disagree that Super speed and Boon duration should be evaluated along with Healing, damage, cleanse ect. But your reasons specifically sound like l2p issues rather than game breaking...

  3. Is it as abusable in PvP as this would be in WvW? I'm already on my 2nd diamond chest without afk piping all weekend. Put a high gold value on repeating Diamond and you will get way more people just afking for pips.
  4. Pro tip: Save your daily pots. ~80 pots = 1 track, iirc 3 Ascalonian tracks = enough tears for 6 Monk runes. Imo stop being lazy. If your group/guild wants Monk runes on Firebrands, get Monk runes for your Firebrand.
  5. To the topic of Support QoL... Personal raid markers, independent of the party target and squad markers. Squad markers can be distracting and can make people uncomfortable if you use a squad wide marker to target them. I'd like to be able to mark individuals, keep an eye on a person new to a class. Or someone dying often, to see positioning.

You get more loot in longer fights so supports can have time to use more skills and actually get tags. In the current "meta" that means more support to keep the squad alive in melee range. Everyone wants to play dps so commanders have to play ranged and everyone get less loot. Or everyone wants to be a 50/50 squad one pushing everything for a 10 bags if they are lucky till the other group quits or dodges. Be more competitive as a game mode = more loot for everyone. Keeping being selfish dps, supports and tags quit = less loot for everyone.

  8. This post is why I prefer a closed tag. I care not for other peoples entitlement. Conform to our playstyle or follow someone else, your enjoyment takes no precedence over the guildmates and friends that have supported the group over the years. >As for hidden tags... guild raids don't usually want pugs to follow their tag to leech off them... Hiding the tag can give you a few fights before everyone zeros in on the OJs. "Why is Firebrand not that popular in WvW" - Because playing support for random pugs that "play however I want" is extremely frustrating, especially for new Firebrands that still think its there job to save everyone.
  9. A lot of these complaints seem to be more with the tags you follow and how they use Firebrand. 50/50 squads, pure range fights, outnumbering everything all very boring on Firebrand. Getting into melee with competent support and brawling for 2-5+ minutes = more loot and more fun.
  10. There is no fast WvW only way to make a lot of gold. Your best option is to just play WvW and use gw2efficiency to maximize selling. No one likes this suggestion but the fastest way to get gold...is to get a irl job and buy gems. Otherwise, farm PvE or learn to invest.
  11. Some people in WvW are just crazy. They work together as a team to land their skills in the same place at the same time. Seems pretty tryhard if you ask me...

  15. The golem should just have its HP normalized with other summons/pets. I don't think they do much damage but if it CC's, it shouldn't do both. Really though, the golem probably isn't ever going to be "the reason" you lost a fight. There are better runes for every class and they are easy to out play by kiting. Though I'll admit, the target cap abuse is pretty rough if you are already outnumbered. They just a unhealthy meme rune, abuse it while it lasts.
