  1. Others have already said it and I agree. They should look into fixing a bit of the existing endgame content imo. Now as for new content. I'd like to think that Auric Basin and Tangled Depths are good. You have mechanics. And there are bosses that will kill you. So avoiding is important, and they require people to cooperate. So more of thos would be nice. More fractals. And make cm's for the current fun ones. Chaos, Thaumanova and Sirens Reef come to mind quickly. New raids are kind of a must for endgame content. It is one of the most game defining content gw2 has. The mechanics, the dps check, and just the satisfying feeling after every completion... It keeps a lot of the playerbase around. Competetive content, in the form of WvW. This content is, at least by me, considered as the game defining content no other games have. They have to make sure people can play, so more maps maybe? I see queues a lot. No matter how good your ai is, people will always feel more like a challenge. Maybe implement a 1v1 or 2v2 section somewhere where people can compete for a small amount of points for their world. Idk, just throwing something out there. I dont play wvw for the small battles. I would like to say more maps like Drizzlewood, because the concept is great, but, Drizzlewood is a snoozefest. There is no real challenge, well, thats a lie, the challenge is getting to 150% asap. But the mechanics are lacking and I feel there is so much potential. Lastly strikes. Make the existing ones more challenging and just add a lot of the roaming champions from Icebrood as a strike. (dominion keepers, 2 other bosses from drakkar, the 4 bosses from grothmar). That is where endgame content lies. Big dragons, challenging fights. And there is so... Much... Potential. I hope they get it together. Edit: fixed all my phonetypos
  2. This probably has been suggested before. But I would like to suggest a open inventory slot. So just a single slot (maybe 2) which stays open with a key. Since consumables, and or the portal device, require you to open the inventory, maybe we could get something like the shared inventory slot, which you can keep open without opening the whole inventory.
  3. I think most people are aware of combo's. I think there is a small problem with overlaying fields that in group content you arent sure you will use your own field. If I look at Boneskinner strike first off I can barely see the ground. And you dont know what the other 9 people in your team have put on the ground. Chances of you using what someone else dropped instead of your own, are quite big. When I am alone I count on them, when in groups, I dont. (except prebuffing for might)
  4. I would like an employee that just plays once a week and answers questions the community has. The same person could be in charge of connecting with the playerbase with polls, and talk with prominent members about what would be good additions to the game. People like commanders of wvw, and somelike mr Teapot.

Easier raids are atleast IMO easier than these 2 you mentioned. > > I do like those. I do raid as well, just not enough because I picked up the game after 7 years and I dont have alot of LI and cba to do the trainings which fail more than I would want. I fell into strikes and have the kp to show it so getting into parties is quite easy. Same with fracts. Its just a lot easier than with 10 party raids.

After fully equipping most of my 16 characters with ascended (the insignia recipes use 21,000 karma each), I went on to legendary armor and weapons and however much karma was used in making those. Ah I see you have a flexfarm going as well.

  8. So I went back to the kitty Golem and did some testing. I got 27.7 k dps on Scrapper. No food used. I used the following build. [&DQMGOyYvKz/ZEtkSJgEOE64SrhIHAYYAiQGJAQAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA=] I want to say about it: Scrapper traits are irrelevant. Since in testing I have all boons anyway.
  9. Try it on the golem to see the benchmark. I think I had a 24/25 k dps scrapper. I did see a 30 k with Throw Mine in the build. It also had no Kits. The highest you will get is obviously with Firearms and Explosions. The biggest problem with anything you try on Scrapper... Its not meant for pure dps. The whole traitline is selfbuffing, superspeed and getting tonky. So anything you do with it, will be subpar to holo. Getting it to tank in Raids is also subpar, because tanks just evade and dodge a lot. so scrapper is a fun open world/pvp spec, but not great in dps checks.
  10. I heard/read somewhere it could be something like money laundering/transferring. These items are obviously not worth 10 k but since they are rare enough to not be undercut really fast they put them up to transfer gold "legally".
  11. Im just suggesting adding a mechanic to elixers because I think it would be more "logical" to have a stack of potions, which you could smash or drink. The reason I also think it could be fun is because it adds a mechanic which could be used in the future to add diversity to build options. While I would like to go into detail about scrapper I suggest we do it in a bar with a lot of beer/whatever alcohol you prefer.
  12. Imagine a giant wall of text of explanation, and excuses. In the end it all boils down to: currently scrapper is top tier in wvw for the invisi and condi removal. In Fractals, Raids and you name other group content, it is subpar, no matter how you look at it. (I tried, I failed). The game, in its current state is built upon meta builds which is how it should be. But the meta could be expanded, and elixers could be a step forward to Engineer's viability in boons/support. I think, I hope. Disclaimer, there are a lot more options to expand the meta, I am just engihorny.
  13. > @"Dawdler.8521" said: > For what purpose? What's wrong with them today? What makes them not work so they need a change? It adds a mechanic, and I kind of feel it could be "thematically" correct. The game is still evolving, and this could be an addition. Also it is just an idea.
  14. Like the title suggests: The Quaestor's from Drizzlewood Coast should be added to Eye of the North like the merchants from Grothmar Valley and Bjora marches. These are: Karnn Fallenskull (pepper vendor) and Kjepp Corrson (eternal ice vendor). Thank you for reading.
