    > Nah, people always mocked "roamers" who ganked zerglings, it is barely PvP so what it the point. The difference is years ago there were plenty of roamers / roaming guilds that provided decent fights so an actual PvP player who wanted to roam could get their fights against roamers. Now most of the PvE baddies who call themselves roamers pat themselves on the back killing a minstrel FB on the way to the zerg in something so one way it isn't even a contest and for an actual PvP player wanting fun, skilled, engaging PvP is pointless.

    >

    > Most actual roamers either changed to play large scale with a guild, quit the game or went PvP, because roaming without the population it once had is simply so garbage you may as well be playing PvE.

who are these pve baddies who call themselves "roamers"? did they claim it in reddit? or posted a video about their roaming in youtube entitled "Pro Roamer Since Beta" and he/she all in legendary armor and weapons?

  2. 80% of the time, i can toss my FULL zerker warrior within a big enemy zerg and still survive. so if i feel like zerging, i might join the zerg without getting into the squad. if i feel like the zerg is not moving EFFICIENTLY (like taking a t3 tower for lots of minutes) or moving like it is confused, i disengage and go pippin. and if our territories are heavily assaulted (within the map i play) and the main zerg defends it, then again i go along with the zerg and play accordingly.

and why do you defend the zerglings coz they are the ones looking down on roamers. and if its like a sausage party, you can even get a friggin "fight" zerg guild people claiming they played since beta and pouring stinky stuff on teamchat, looking down on roamers.

    so lel.

and yeah, i used to belong to a SEA based WvWvW guild once which started during the early-close to mid release of GW2. and commanded and i found out that it's all about the timing. (for example: like if you fight a 3 way fight in the northern parts and you wiped or your zerg got broken and some roamers/havok poked the walls/gates on smc, then 80% chance that you'll get smc)

so all of the people inside a map (i.e. ebg) have their duties to do, even if it looks like everything there is random or you're not aware of it.

    > Don't forget: All those negative people are a vocal minority. The wide player base loves the warclaw! Thanks again for revitalizing my favorite game mode in GW2. <3

about the 1 shot build, a class can easily put down your warclaw health to 3% and if you jump off a small cliff (like from the left inner tower of red area to the baby bears area), you'll be instadead.

  4. must be a third party plugin like arcdps

    in wiki

    Winter's bite

Throw an axe to chill your foe. Your pet's next attack inflicts weakness.

    Damage.png Damage: 550

    Whirling Defense

    Damage.png Damage (12x): 2,904 (7.92)?

    242 each.

Say twice the Whirling Def damage + the rest = ~10k

you got 1 shotted at 19k

as long as the multipliers are right (his boons might ferocity), it can be. otherwise, some bork bork.

  5. you can do hybrid playing. you roam, cap camps, fight a player and when a zerg is nearby fighting, you join the zerg fight. and if you feel like the zerg is going elsewhere like capping a t3 tower/keep (which obviously takes time and will decay your pipping), you can just disengage and goto the beginning of this post, rinse repeat.

usually the max amount of legit roamers are 2-3. 1 is the standard of course.

and for the zerging part 3 targets x 50 warclaw map queue zerg. compared to 10 targets x 50 warclaw map queue zerg. thats 150 vs 500 potential targets. the latter is way way high.

    sounds balanced (no sarcasm).

  7. been encountering "been in the server since beta" and the server still sucks on standing and cannot fight properly. yeah, been 7 years. i just shake my head coz i cannot reply back coz im on my free to play account when some player "boasted" that to me.

  8. my gpu can go 100 when im alone and 19 when i'm with a big zerg fighting another zergs (in wvwvw). 19 fps seems to be bearable as long as the ping is still low (coz that means your skills will hit on time even the animations are kinda laggy)

if it'll be rolled back, can you assure that ALL the players (in 2012) will still play? they could've been scientists and stockbrokers by now.

k tell a.net to rollback all updates to its vanilla (2012) form.

If Anet had failed to address their demands, then sure, if not, then there is no actual issue. People play their fill. It's a game they bought (for some) and have Simply shifted their interests elsewhere. Nowadays people have more games than they have time to play, when you've had your fill of a game, or another game gives Something you're after at that specific moment, you put the game aside, and go for the new thing. It doesn't translate a problem at all, because there is a cycle of new players replacing the old. When new players stop showing up Then you can tally the number and diagnose. Doing so now would be equivalent of running a treadmill trying to reach the end of the mat

yeah. life and/or WoW usually suck.

  12. if the queue simmers down, the optimal way to get pipping (when there is no active commander elsewhere) is to go borderlands, cap camps, kill vets, claim lands, kill guards, hop borderlands by timing it right (for efficiency), if from borderlands and a nearby tower/camp in ebg is available for capping, hop, then hop again, doing everything that i said. if you're not that experienced in pvping, bring a friend or more with you. coz roamers, when you kill them alone, they will hunt you with 2-3 more including the one you killed.

it's kinda routine, but hey, it's almost the same as pveing right? and you might get precursor on high magic find while killing npcs or champ bags.. use your boosters too.

and blast your favorite music while doing these. coz there are some classes which just require adrenaline rushes from the music and incompatible with listening to a commander (will impede your natural movements or your "gracefulness in dancing" becomes rigid)
