Because Dev didn't really care about competitive game mode. Also they probably delayed the super big balance patch to the EoD expansion too alongside with new elite spec.

Bad news for you is they don't have any plan to fix HoT content, so like it or not we have face the bug and suffer.

But again like uh.... on the competitive perspective people might want support warrior boon but on the pve setting will it be really desirable? Because unless anet powercreep the new one or nerf the current, I am pretty sure everyboon is already covered with current raid setting.

In my opinion I don't even care anymore _what_ they change, knowing ANet it could go all directions, but the _frequency_ of pushing balance updates in this game is really REALLY low! As a Warrior Player I kind of hurt a lot because they nerf CC damage in competitive which lead gutting warrior damage too much because they have many CC which originaly can damage but now become damageless, not to mention their utility mostly only buff, nothing serious in damage wise. Also there 2 traits on defense line which have 5 mins CD, that's crazy placeholders for 1 year. I felt like they doing that placeholder patch is just the sake of change not necessarily balancing things.

OK then let's bring it back to Balance Patch. When do you think anet will do another big balance patch? Will they delay all the way to EoD or they will do some big balance patch first, because let's be honest what they change at February 2020 there are a lot of "placeholders" and it's been a year so they should give this placeholder some change?

I see “convenient” easily meaning different things to different people. Convenient as in having lower cooldown from alacren and healing + other boon to keep those pugs alive and DPS ing, because if we create the own group at LFG I assume we are pugging and can't assume all pugs are good.. So having HB just kind of making it more convenient for the run with pugs because their mistake can be covered, sure they have to dodge the big attack though sometimes those can't be covered with HB.

Of course it is boring DRM and final episode is just placeholder (aka minimum effort) to keep us in game before they go with End of Dragon.

Honestly though Spear makes a good candidate for land weapon in the first place but why they make it into water weapon. I can see like Warrior, Guardian, maybe Ranger (throw it like javelin) could just use it as a land weapon.

I need better server for no lag during fight.

In the meantime Warrior only got 1 Extra button to press. 2 if spellbreaker.

It's happening on t3 too. Anet didn't want to fight the server lag.

Holy shit you guys didn't wish for less lag in WvW area? the lag is getting more and more severe.
