The seam is a little below the bellybutton, so any leggings that start just under the bellybutton won't show it, they have to start lower for the seam to be showing. Well, I'm glad that none of the armor sets I have chosen seems to have the issue, though one of them is below the waist (and I've had used several other armor skins before, but never seen a steam): ![](https://i.imgur.com/nNNCMmT.jpg "") Perhaps it is related to the graphics settings?

For those you simply have to play WvW/PvP. Raid armor also requires you to remember dozens of things that need to be done in and outside of raids in order to finish your collections - it's a lot more stressful than simply playing a certain game mode. > Yeah, that's why WvW armor requires about 10x the amount of time to make. And your point being? I merely stated that I disagree that it was "the same" as with raid armor and explained why. Your response is only re-enforcing my point that thers is a huge difference between WvW/PvP armor and Raid armor.

Not because you actually can't, but because you don't want to put in the effort to get the item/unlock the skin. Not sure why some people think they deserve to have everything by default just because *they want it* -this is not how it works. > You want rewards from x content? Learn and play through x content. This is not a new concept. :+1:
  4. Just curious: is this related to the armor worn? Because I can't notice nor ever have noticed this on my single female norn character.
  5. Have you already spent an Icebrood Saga Mastery Point on Dragon's Boon upon completing the track?
  6. The Drizzlewood meta (the southern part in particular) is way more exhausting (with all the jumping across the map and the treasure spawns at the end^) than any of the DRMs, which are just tedious if anything from having to repeat them daily if you want to do all the collections. P.S. CM = Challenge Mode = you are being challenged, hence the time limits and mechanics are fine. ^) _before it was updated at least_

Well, it did not work against Ryland, no matter how often I pressed the Special Action key, and I was standing right next to him. :( So the _key_ to this is **breaking the defiance bar**, which we all know is not a thing in the Snowden Drifts mission.

No, but it makes supporting _your_ group more difficult at times.

You know what they meant was that you constantly have to keep an eye on where your subgroup is (they are rarely sticky), which makes stuff like using your elite stability skill a pain in the behind, as it is applied only to those in front of you in a cone radius? ;)

  17. > @"Adamixos.6785" said: > Yeah, this is really annoying. It actually happens right after your character is CC'd (knock down, launch, push back, etc.) There does not seem to be a clear rule on what's causing it. Sometimes I just run around with a zerg in WvW without fighting and my character starts tilting with the terrain. At one time, I was casting as a HFB on a ledge and my character tilted 90° in the air, feet on the ledge. When I stopped casting, it normalized for a bit. Totally random.
  18. > @"Shaogin.2679" said: > How would that be any different that what we previously had? Huh?! Instance owner = instance closes when they leave = totally pointless and stupid mechanic Party _leader_ = squad leader = manages who stays and who has to go > @"Shaogin.2679" said: > I mean, they could still kick whoever they want [...], and they would be immune to being kicked themselves Exactly. That's what the OP needed in order to keep the intended function of the group _they_ created (namely what was stated in LFG: beginners run) and not be kicked out of their own party.

I wasn't talking about instance owners (it's a good thing _that_ was removed!) but party leaders who can manage the group, just like a squad commander.

Are said items in an invisble bag ([or any other bag that prevents its content to show at vendors and the BLC](https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Bag#Special_features))? This, and also make sure you didn't pick "Sell Instantly", in which case the money directly goes in your bank.
  22. Old thread, but since it was brought up again... > @"Boogiepop Void.6473" said: > I was running 100CM last night with a group of first timers. We got up to the final boss. Then, due to RL, people had to leave. So I LFGed for more, clearly marking the group as for first time 100CM players. 4 People joined me, then after one run (failed at 16%) demanded to see my title (all of them changed to theirs) and kicked me out when I reminded them the group was for first run people. Essentially, they just wanted to get the completion and stole my last boss instance. > > This is why I keep saying we need to remove these kinds of titles. Give a group a method to say "you aren't leet enough for us" and they will use it to discriminate. Actually, just making the person who started a party of five the "squad commander" would easily solve the problem. This mechanic should have been introduced a long time ago. Titles are fine. P.S. One thing you learn quickly from creating groups in LFG: _some_ people can't read or simply don't care.
  23. For about 1.5 to 2 months now, player characters are constantly tilting with the terrain, i.e. producing a 90° angle between the character and the ground beneath their feet (stairs, hills and other types of slopes they are standing on) instead of keeping upright, as gravity demands, and bending their knees to make up for any inclination in the terrain. It's a bug you can't ignore as it looks truly comical, especially when you manage your character to take a position at ledges to look like they were lying flat in the air. **Can we please get an official statement on whether devs are aware of this and working on a fix?** Thanks.
