  2. Yes, the Mystic Forge can be temperamental. Usually fixed by changing the order of the items put into the Forge, or using a different Mystic Forge.
  3. I don't think 'pass or fail' for the Bonus Rewards has anything to do with DRMs.
  4. Just an FYI: Submitted tickets should garner a near-immediate automated reply (check spam/junk folders), and a Team Member response within 72 hours. Responses can take more time when there is high volume (which does not seem to be the case at the present time). Close any duplicate tickets, as duplicates slow down response times, and send you to the back of the queue. Good luck.

Some players have success in Story instances by using a VPN, or continuously moving the character/spamming a skill, minimizing cut-scenes, changing the 'Streaming' option, opening all ports, or other workarounds found in the thread, 'Storyline Disconnects'. What is the NPC called? I totally missed that Yes, and you can now pick up Tier 3 Rewards, as well. Not that the rewards are special. Only Tier 4 has something that _could, but unlikely_ award something special.

  8. I am a mediocre player, with no real 'build', and I am never one-shot in HoT or PoF, or anywhere else, for that matter. One wonders what gear and skill choices OP is utilizing to have such issues.

  10. The Devs are already working with a selected group of players. Obviously, it's not an easy nut to crack, as it only affects _some_ players.
  11. Nope. I see T2 completed, and T3 progressing. Picked up the rewards from T2, and previously, the rewards from T1, as well.
  12. Looks like the same list we see whenever anyone lists the results of a crash report. Have you used any command line arguments? You can check your 'Properties' and the start-up command of the game executable. I don't know why you would be seeing those from just playing the game. Perhaps, a -repair of the client is in order. Much of the NPC dialogue is directed at the player.

  16. A speed test will tell you nothing about the connection between the game servers and you. You can use a program like PingPlotter to see how your connection is to the servers. An SSD will speed up your download time (if you don't have one), as the installer must open and install each file. There's some threads about alleviating low FPS issues. Browse the 'Account Support' sub-forum for some tips on FPS and downloading the client. Good luck.
  17. You do receive XP in the L1 instance, as your second screenshot shows. (See L1 XP bar.)

  20. Dunno. If you read the article on XP, it scales differently for Levels 1 - 15. I guess it scales most differently at L1.
