Crash immediately when I open my build

Them not replying on forums is what the major problem is, would save time having to reply to each individual person.

Yes, they could do that too, but, maybe the patch is working and only got the Rev saved templates corrupted in the process. even reverting the patch, what got corrupted won't be easily fixed unless a restore is made.

I find it equally amazing that the 'Known Issues' section of the Support page has not been updated since April with all the problems over the last few weeks...

Well it has become blatantly obvious that this is not a priority or they just don't care at all. After all it does not affect the gem store. The only thing I can suggest, that has worked for me, is to take matters into your own hands and hotkey the build changes. I still can't SEE my build but as I only have 3 slots I can notice and remember which is which by the traits that pop up and the weapons that come up usable or gray. Apparently you have to do your own fixes in this game now.

I opened a support ticket at the morning, Anet answered that, they know about the problem, they "plan to have a fix implemented for this crash soon".

 

It is an annoying bug, and effect a lot of people, i realy think they should improve their communication with the gaming community.

Something that has worked for me so far is to copy the code of the build I want to use, paste it in the chat and when the window with the build appears click on the option "apply to settings template". Check if the statistics are modified to know that the changes have been applied correctly.

can still access the equipment page, it's just the Build Specialization tab that doesn't work

I was just looking to see if there was a response from Anet. Nothing on FB that I saw either. If there was one thing that Anet is bad at is keeping the community informed. It's the one point that they know they are bad at.

Can everyone on here confirm that they have a **Renegade** build stored in their Build Storage? Because that seems to be causing the crashes, making the Build Template window inaccessable, because the game currently doesn't seem to recognize/be able to interprete **Renegade build codes** (while Herald builds are not affected).

Yes. Two of them, one herald and one renegade.
