Tempest solo roaming build?

Hey guys, I encountered today an insane tempest guy which was playing a really strong build, he seemed to be hybrid playing with the signet trait and he was able to hold and kill people 2vs1.

 

Unfortunately he preblocked me for some reason so i couldn't ask his build.

 

I usually see weavers being hybrid or condi, but i wanna try out tempest too for solo roaming.

 

I know tempest is a support class and usually people go fresh air if they wanna roam. But what was his build? Earth arcane tempest? Anyone run a similar tempest build which is not fresh air and works? Thanks everyone.

Which server was that person from, and which guild? Perhaps it was me :smiley:

The guild was [Doju] if I don't remember wrong. I am in Underworld paired with Far Shiverpeaks now. it was past week skirmish I think.

 

But your build is pure condi? He was using hybrid if not wrong triple signet with the signet trait that signets keeps their passives after being used.

 

Using dagger-focus and not much else informations.

Yeah, I am pure condi. That guy is not me, but the build is basically the same according to your description. I don't use triple signets anymore, only two.
