Crafting "Rune of Snowfall?

Is it atm possible to craft the "Superior Rune of Snowfall"? Or to get the Recipe at all?

That vendor is only present in the game during the Wintersday festival, so for now, the OP will need to wait until December to get the recipe, or just buy the runes from off the TP.

alright thank u two ^^ was just wondering since the wiki from my language said ,the recipe ONLY unlocks Altruism runes, not the one that should be unlocked

The rune itself is quite useless imo.

yea i know.

also thats what i wanted to go for ^^

It says its "Its Bugged" in the german wiki. But idk if its actually bugged, or an mistake (translation or wrong item) or completely outdated .

"The recipe additionally unlocks Minor Rune of Altruism and Major Rune of Altruism."

 

The german wiki says

"The recipe only unlocks Minor Rune of Altruism and Major Rune of Altruism, not the Recipes for all Runes of Snowfall."

 

so i was a bit wondering about that.

The API shows the same. If you follow the API link for the recipe sheet and then the recipes and then the resulting items you end up with
