Where can I find an up to date condition Reaper build and rotation for Raid?

Condi scourge is fun and reliable but if you run in party full of pdps you will not do anything above 5k

Edit: Oops. Just saw that you wanted condi reaper. There isn’t a meta build for that so getting a group as one will be challenging.

You could join snowcrows discord. There's a condi reaper build, which benches around 31k if I remember correctly.

 

But it's inferior to condi scourge, because it's reliable on whirl finishers and doesn't have permanent Access to epidemic
