Skritt Burglar in The Silverwastes bugged?

When the Skritt Burglar was targeted, my ranged weapons would shoot aimlessly in any direction never landing a hit for the whole duration of the run. It was like I didn't have a target set. Not one bag of lost loot was dropped. I've never seen this happen before anywhere. I was solo with no other players involved.

Sounds like lag or desynch more then a bug. I only can relate to this in WvW on the rare occasion I chase someone and have this happen and sometimes they are sitting on their mount like a echo but the aren't really there because they lagged off or were d/c as I was chasing them.

I haven't seen that with a Skritt Burglar so far, but I've seen that on many other monsters over the years.

I've seen that escorting dolyaks in WvW. This was nothing like that. I couldn't get one hit from the moment I opened the chest. I believe the skritt won't drop any lost loot unless it gets hit. I wasn't experiencing any lag before or after on the same map.

I have never seen this bug before, but yes, if you can't hit the, they won't drop anything, because they only drop the bags, if their hp reach a given value (three small bags and one large when they are defeated).
