But as we don't know when this will happen (if ever), you can at least try to avoid some of the bugs. Afaik most of the bugs in the third phase only happen when whisper is stunned while the 25% port happens. So if the breakbar appears too close to the phase, don't use CC.

  6. If you have arcdps, you can use the log-feature to get much more details from your test, this might help to find the differences.

Yes, but the animations were reworked, the engi now carries the items (like a bag of grenades or a big bomb) in the hands. Think it was changend because people wanted to see their normal backback while using kits.

The Raid-system (which is also used for strikes) was abused too, but then anet added mechanics to remove most issues. Now you can't kick people during fights and prevent them from getting their loot (because the important things were added as bouncing chests), but the way dungeons and fractals work, this won't help much there.

In my opinion bound items have their place too, because I don't think it would be healthy for the game, if everything would be buyable on the tp. But that's another topic. In the case of guild upgrade bound items can be traded, because they use a separate storage in the guild. So you can invite the seller to the guild and he can put it into this storage then.

I don't think that forced logouts would be an acceptable price, they are often not just a small nuisance, because depending on the map/instance you and maybe also your group/squad may loose a lot of invested time. There are already enough problems with disconnects, adding even more of them just because of some smaller common bugs (some often exist for years) will just be a frustrating experience for many players. And as this proposed detection system very likely would have bugs too, it may be even worse.
  22. Should there be a better detection of hackers and bots and more actions against them, yes. But some of your suggestions are just too much, especially the forced logout. There are too many bugs which may trigger this and loosing full maps, story instance progression etc. will just hurt too many legit players. As far as I remember, it was also allowed by anet to go out ob the bounds of a map, as long as it's not used to get easier loot (edit: that's meant for PvE).

  24. You can also look at the trading discords or the gw2exchange subreddit for someone who sells them to your guild, sometimes you will also find sellers in the lfg (the price is around 20s per shovel atm i think).
