Messenger.7450 Posted February 3, 2021 Share Posted February 3, 2021 Just did Snowden Drifts DRM both without CMs and all CMs active. Using an EMP to break Ryland's CC bar still causes him to get all those boons in _both_ cases. Furthermore, he can also still immediately act (not stunned) after his bar is broken with an EMP. Interestingly, there are now times during the fight where Ryland doesn't do anything. He just stands there, not attacking. IIRC, this happened late in the fight in both cases.
