You can't have the Last Stand trait and Rousing Resilience on the same build as the two traits are in the same tier. This is only a thing for the active version of Balanced Stance. Also this bug has been in the game for years and idk why people are freaking out now. Rousing Resilience isn't half as good as people are making it out to be, and the only reason warriors even started considering it was because of the Last Stand nerf. If it's been in the game for years then it's about time they fix either the trait or the tooltip to clarify. (Same with the last stand bug where it activates when you already have stability as someone pointed out earlier, if that's true). Just look at guardian spirit weapons, shield sometimes even performs the old comman skill on cast, sometimes does nothing it's 6years and some skills still are a mess broken, or useless, sometimes feels this is a 6yo beta game... Pretty stupid mechanic in general and RR is pretty punishing on a lot of power specs(mainly subtier hot specs like DH/power reaper) which warrior was already strong against. Not nearly as broken as Mesmer but a tone down by reducing duration or adding an ICD on top of fixing stance bug wouldn't be unwarranted, especially if you ever want a lot of HoT specs to compete.
