You could also do what I did: make a max size, fat male norn acro staff thief with the daydreamer's outfit. Extra points for sentinel gear so it just never dies, bouncing around like a failed Mexican wrestler.

I vote Sylvari, despite having a human male thief (it's the closest I'll ever get to having Dervish) while preferring Charr in general. :)

Human because the sylvari voice is not nearly dark enough for thief, and imo, doesn't work at all for it.
