I know why the game is $25 for both cuz It's 50% off right now.. but it makes absolutely 0 sense to leave 1 expansion at a higher price than include it in the sale. at $15 like PoF. Anet wants people on the full game (ie PoF) so that they can sell more mount skins etc. Everybody wins. Forget about HoT. Because POF is on a temporary sale right now I guess? Of course if you really want HOT right now buy the combo, pocket the 5$, and consider POF a free bonus.
