It's in the big bag dropped by skritt, collection has to be open, meaning you start to train elite spec, spend minimum 30 HP on trait line, doesn't matter if you a re ranger, soulbest or druid. As @"Khisanth.2948" writes below, the Pitcher of Coffee is just a food buff; there's actually another interactive item that contains loot, including the trinket. FYI if you have the other specialization collections unlocked and are quick, you can swap toons, open a chest on multiple characters for multiple unlocks using the same skritt bag.
