Yes, I love the anime-maid outfit that's just been released... Also I feel that the wvw, pvp and raid communities would possibly disagree with you about anet not being story orientated! However you could argue a too high a percentage of the team is gemstore focused but profit is kind of a motivating factor for corporations I believe. Neither thematically or mechanically - it has always been about avoidance, be it through magical or natural means. Conan the Barbarian in his leather thong would fit right in GW2 as a Warrior. Meaning sylvari only got that 1 skin if they wish to show skin. Which I kinda do... not front though... just the her back so I can see the glowpattern. What is the point of a beautiful glow and pattern if you never ever see it. I know I do have 1 option for that, but that 1 option fails in other aspects with the looks. But a few additional non-gemstore, non-outfit, armor skins would be very welcome. For all armor weights. For now I use the Elonia Ele outfit if the weather allows it.
