You wont get every class. You might as well forget that now. The only chance of it is if they design a e spec that would work with it, which is plausible

Paragon as a Guardian spec would work for it. We see them using spears and unique skills.

Why not just use existing spears? We've already seen things like the staff re-purposed for completely different animations and situations. I fail to understand why spears can't be used on land instead of just underwater

Just make all water weapons usable on land i know i would love to use trident on land with ele that thing seems better then staff these days.
