Branded-on-a-stick achievement bugged?

I tried it 8 times in a row, with all the branded around me on in front of me. Sometimes I saw more than 4 of them dying with the spear, but I didn't get the achievement.

I do it during the third trial (against Branded Aurene) and it works fine.

It has to be against the final trial. The icon appears when its valid to do it.

Was it in 2nd or third trial bit? Been trying everyday since day 2 of release

I have done the entire story and mapping on 4 toons now and am trying this achieve with my Mesmer for temporal curtain useage even now.

Still nothing even after hitting 6 with one spear (you can tell by numbers and KD/KB effects, and I have NEVER seen eligibility show for it at any stage of the mission.

BUT, Dulfy has a ss of her getting it during second trial when all branded have green stars above them. Not third trial...

Yeah definitely no eligibility during 3rd trial, hit at least 5 more than once..

I got this during the “Charge 3 Crystals” trial (2nd trial), once all are charged you get a huge wave of branded, just wait for them to group up on you/Aurene.

I got it on the trial when you first get the spear but it took 2 or 3 groups of mobs before it proc even though each time I was hitting enough of them ... unless the spear has a very narrow hitbox.

Just did 2 tries for this achiev, every time hitting more than 4 branded. Definitely bugged.

I am having trouble with this too but the person I'm doing achievements with got it first try! And they cannot be mesmer pulled. Tried that after six attempts.

Not sure why you would need to pull since they pretty much gather on top of you anyway.

It is definitely bugged.... I just saw 6 dying at the same time, and the achievement did not proc.

they might not have all died from the same attack

Aurene was not with me when they died... so only I would have kill them

You need to hit 4 with a single spear attack; they can die from all sorts of other sources without counting.
